Any person or organization wishing to engage in temporary or transient business in the City of Liberty Hill for the purpose of selling or exhibiting goods or merchandise upon the property of another must obtain a Peddlers and Vendors Permit. On July 1, 2007, the Williamson County ESD No. 4 adopted the International Fire Code 2006. This Fire Code is applicable to all commercial buildings and businesses inside the ESD Fire District and the city limits of Liberty Hill through an interlocal agreement. With the adoption of the IFC 2006, all businesses are required to have annual inspections along with pre-fire plans. Any new constuction of commercial businesses inside the ESD shall be subject to plans reviews, certificate of occupancies, permits and fire codes (if applicable) regulated by the IFC 2006.
